Refund policy

Cancellation or changes:
FCTG has to be notified of all cancellations or changes in writing prior to departure. The customer will be liable for cancellation or date change penalties in the event that travel arrangements are canceled or changed by the customer.

Many airline tickets are non-refundable upon booking. Other airlines will charge a 20-40% cancellation fee.

Most hotels are non-refundable 30-60 days before departure. Should you choose to cancel within their cancellation period, you will not qualify for a refund. Should you choose to cancel outside of their cancellation period you will still be subject to a 15-20% cancellation fee due to admin and service charges.


Changes on land arrangements:
The customer will need to be completely sure of the hotel/resorts being booked and accepted. If the customer is unsatisfied with said hotel/resort, it will need to be brought to the reservations desk's attention in order to be rectified. Any changes thereafter will be at the customer's own expense.


Refunds:

All flight refunds take a minimum of 12 weeks to come through, after which a refund form and proof of banking details in mandatory in order to complete the refund.

Refunds can only be processed once funds have appeared in FCTG's account first.
